Act No. M-10 (H.491) of the 2022 Acts and Resolves, passed by the General Assembly

This act creates the City of Essex Junction, repeals the charter of the Village of Essex Junction, and enacts the City charter, effectively separating from the Town of Essex. Effective Date: July 1, 2022
