Fiscal Year 2026 Work Plans

Fiscal Year 2026

The Selectboard has adopted Values and Goals for the new fiscal year.

The Selectboard adopted Values and Goals on May 20, 2024 and amended them on June 9, 2025.

How does the strategic planning process work?

Strategic Plans begin with department work plans. Departments put together their lists of tasks, priority levels, progress status for work already started, and project collaborations with other departments. The work plans ideally tie into the Selectboard-approved values and long-term goals. The Selectboard willTarget with darts reaching the target have these lists in hand as they begin strategic planning discussions. Sign up for upcoming Selectboard agendas and watch for sessions on strategic planning.
