The Town of Essex seeks qualifications and proposals for haying at 80 and 90 Upper Main Street (“Upper Main” or “Site”), two parcels that were recently acquired by the Town. Of the 32 acres, the Town estimates that 8 to 12 acres are suitable for haying.
