The Town of Essex has contracted with F.W. Whitcomb to mill and pave Kellogg Road from Land Air (#7 Kellogg Road) to the Colchester Town Line.
This work will necessitate flagger controlled lane closures and one way traffic with moderate delays.
Work is scheduled to start on Monday, September 9th and is expected to continue through the 12th.
