At the Town of Essex Selectboard Meeting on Monday, November 1st at 6:30 PM, a hearing will be held to discuss the Survey of Existing Class 3 Town Highway No. 708, Fleury Road. Please note that this is a continuation of the public hearing from the October 18th Selectboard meeting.
Fleury Road, an existing Class 3 Town highway within the Town of Essex, and currently listed on the State Highway Map for Essex as Town Highway #708, has recently been surveyed, establishing new limits of Right of Way. Before accepting the proposed survey, a public hearing shall take place prior to filing the approved survey plat with the Town Clerk.
