Services:
 1.Appraisal and assessment of all taxable real estate.
 2.Maintain property information records, sales information, and tax maps. Make information available to other departments, outside agencies, and to the general public.
 
Information Available:
May be researched by individuals desiring the information.
 1.Sales Transfer information (deed book and page, sale date and price paid).
 2.Property assessment information as of the most recent April 1st.
 3.Property ownership information, mailing addresses as soon as we receive the information.
 4.Physical attributes of taxable properties.
 
Records Available for Review:
 1.Property record folders.
 2.Tax maps.
 3.Work copies of recent Grand Lists.
 4.Transfer and ownership information.
 5.State orthophotos, 1978, 1988 and 1999 flights.
 6.Computerized maps.
 
Items Available for Sale:
 1.Copies of Assessor produced records, but not copies of other items from other offices, such as deeds, letters, plans, etc.
 2.Cost of copies at Standard Town rate:

 NOTES: Copies of documents officially lodged with the Town Clerk, such as deeds, plats, the Official Grand List, etc., should be obtained from that office. Copies of proprietary materials should be obtained from the owner.
